Loan Service Privacy Policy

Bharat Batuk Private Limited (BBPL) respects the privacy of its users and is committed to protecting the personal information that its users share with us. This section pertains solely to users who avail of the services of Loanify facilitated through the BATUK application. The BATUK application operates as a digital lending and facilitation application (DLFA) functioning as a lending service provider (LSP) to Finzy (Bridge Fintech Pvt Ltd – https://finzy.com/) and Abhiloans (KNAB Finance Pvt Ltd – https://abhiloans.com/) (Lenders). This facilitates users’ access to personal loans or Loan against Securities from the Lenders (Credit Products). Be advised that, in addition to this privacy policy, you may be subject to the privacy policies of the Lenders as well as other obligations stipulated in the loan documents.

Information We Collect

Personal Information: This includes, but is not limited to, name, address, mobile number, email address, PAN Number and Aadhaar number. Your Pan number, Aadhaar number and Bank Account number are subject to verification by the TSP ( Technology Service Provider) and/or lender/s.
Usage and Preference Information: How you interact with our platform, including your preferred settings and technical details about your device.
BBPL will not collect or store biometric data within the BATUK application.
BATUK application will not access mobile phone resources such as files and media, contact lists, call logs, telephony functions, etc., in relation to the Credit Products or as part of its role as a DLFA/LSP. However, with your explicit prior consent, BATUK may seek one-time access to facilities like the camera, microphone, location, or any other necessity for onboarding/KYC requirements in connection with Credit Products.

All data will be housed in servers located within India(Amazon Web Services(AWS) server/s at Mumbai.

You may revoke access to various access permissions such as contacts permission and SMS permission via your mobile operating system’s app settings or similar functions. You may also request deletion of your data in accordance with the account termination section as set out above. However, BATUK as LSP and the Lenders may still retain data as required by applicable law, to the extent that any amounts are outstanding under any Credit Products or till the time approved in-principle credit limit is available to You, or to the extent any fraud or fraudulent transactions are suspected in connection with the Credit Products.

Loan Providers: Finzy (Bridge Fintech Pvt Ltd – https://finzy.com/) and Abhiloans (KNAB Finance Pvt Ltd – https://abhiloans.com/) to provide you with loan services.
Technology Service Providers – Amazon Web Services (Indian Servers), Razorpay Software Private Limited, Authbridge Research Services Private Limited
Legal and Regulatory Authorities: As required by law or in response to legal process or a request for cooperation by a government entity.

We implement reasonable security measures such as AES 256 encryption, SSL, and AWS firewall to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction and we may upgrade as and when required.
